Experience / Background
I am a Clemson graduate who majored in business management with an emphasis in entrepreneurialism. I have spent the majority of my life in the Greenville area and have been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry. While in school at Clemson I worked for a local property management company managing over 300 residential properties, and also assisted with the marketing of their commercial properties. I also worked for 5 years at Beeson Development Company as a part-time project manager, managing various aspects of development for both commercial and residential projects. Prior to joining the Marchant Company, I accepted a position with the National Park Service working in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in San Francisco, CA designing park structures and managing multiple construction projects in high trafficked areas such as Alcatraz Island and Muir Woods National Monument. Shortly after returning to Greenville I began working for the Marchant Company where I have worked in both commercial and residential real estate. Since joining the Marchant Company in the summer of 2011 I have managed to obtain over $25,000,000 in Greenville area listings, sell over $7,000,000 in property and win the “Rookie of the Year Award.” In 2013, in addition to working on the development and selling side of real estate I began assisting client’s in finding residential and investment properties and began a new company, Beeson Investments, LLC. Most recently I won the “Highest Price Single Transaction” award and “Highest Average Sales Price” award for 2013.

I enjoy working with people and am motivated by helping them achieve their investment objectives using new and innovative techniques. I believe that there is no greater satisfaction than obtaining a piece of the American Dream by becoming a Homeowner. I build my daily schedule around my clients and always strive to negotiate the best deal possible, deliver honesty, professionalism, fairness and make buyers and sellers clients for life. Upon returning to Greenville in 2009, I purchased a condo near downtown where I lived for 2 years until purchasing my first single family home. Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors and spending my free time hiking, kayaking, biking, golfing, and camping. I have also lead and instructed large groups of volunteers and youth crews rehabilitating community parks.
